When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully, and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at the time. If possible, take pictures and send them to us - and we will assist you in replacing your order. The customer must notify us of damaged, defective and/or missing items within three business days. Returns must be made within 15 days of delivery with an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Customer is responsible for contacting us to get a RMA. Any RMA has to be shipped within 5 business days. A restocking fee of 15% will apply to returns that are not in sellable condition(including packaging). A 20% restocking fee will also apply to any returns made after 15 days.No returms on gasoline power tools, gasoline power tools are final sale, no returns or exchanges. No returns or exchanges on tools that have been used in any way.
Please allow 5 business days for returns to be inspected and credited once received. Customer choose refund or store credit for future use once credit has been approved. If refund is chosen will be credited to the original payment method used. If store credit is chosen will be given a voucher to be used for future purchases. Voucher is only valid for 60 days after is been submitted.
The customer is responsible for return freight and will not be refunded original outgoing freight charges unless item is defective or damaged during original outgoing shipment.
